I gave up Netflix and Solitaire for Lent.
Walking home from the Ash Wednesday service where the pastor put ashes on my forehead, I got a little sad about not being able to watch my superhero cartoons.
I don't know how many times I almost opened up a game of Solitatire tonight.
It's gonna be a long Lent.
Kicking off this melancholy season with a midterm. Hooray. Why can't I give up midterms for Lent?
